Christmas tree toppers
I dare you to find a Christmas tree star that is simple. Seriously, try it. Many of them are either bronze or have some little cherub singing and holding a dove or a harp. So my industrious husband decided to take matters into his own hands and create some Christmas tree toppers. He just opened a store with several varieties - from different size stars to the Star of David, even a bird. All are made using a 3D printer. Check out his store, Fake Plastic Trees, here.

These are AWESOME, and it just so happens I'm in the market for a new tree topper. Totally going to blog these, let me know if there is more info about the 3D printing process (I'm fascinated by it!) ravennagirls [at] gmail [dot] com
