Muesli for breakfast

Inspired by a hearty little Muesli breakfast I had at Nelson the Seagull in Vancouver, I decided to try to make it at home.

It took about 20 minutes with prep and baking time using Martha Stewart's recipe. The oats cooked with the cinnamon and filled our kitchen with a wonderful aroma. I added some dried apricots and put the baked (and cooled) muesli over creamed honey and greek yogurt. Delish!

I'm on a real breakfast kick lately, so let me know if there are recipes that you like that I should try.
