Finished skirt

Well, I did it. I finished my little Flirting the Issue skirt from Anna Marie Horner. It's cute, but it's a bit of a bubble skirt. I think the fabric had just enough body that it made it a bit fluffy. So I'm not sure if it's fixable. But, this was kind of a prototype, so I may make another one with less body.

A little tip on finishing skirts that I recently picked up...  use a twin needle for the finishing stitch on the hem. It makes the garment look so much more professional. Don't you think?
