Creativity in Portland

Portland is a hub for creativity. Sometimes you can feel it pulsing through the city. It's contagious and it's one of my favorite things about living here. 

I'm super excited for an event coming up in November that, looks to be very inspiring and creative. A Portland patternmaker that I have seriously admire is hosting a book launch party for her new book, The Colette Sewing Handbook: Inspired Styles and Classic Techniques for the New Seamstress.
