Portland has so many fabulous resources for sewing. One of my most recent favorites has been from a local pattern designer, Colette Patterns, through a weekly email called Snippets.

Every week you get advice on a technique ranging from the difference between ironing and pressing to how to easily turn edges. All of the techniques are explained in a short, cute little email.
