Okay, so I ride public transit. I hold my breathe and avert my eyes when others sneeze. I wash my hands vigilantly after holding the hand rail and this year I thought I'd get a flu shot. Ha! To no avail. As I mentioned in my previous posting I was pretty much bed-ridden sick last week.
While I know the flu shot is not 100% effective, I'd hope that it would be more than this article suggests. If you are considering a flu shot next year, you should read this article.
